Phones are answered until 6.30pm Monday – Friday but are closed over the weekend.
The doors to the surgery shut at 6pm (5pm on Fridays).

Some appointments are available 7am – 8am, after 6.30pm & on select Saturdays.

All our consulting rooms are accessible to patients using a wheelchair. We also have a parking space outside the pharmacy which is reserved for patients with disabilities.

For patients with hearing problems, there is an induction loop in the reception area. We are also a Dementia friendly practice.

We can offer access to telephone interpreting for any language at all times. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.

Non-urgent advice: Improved Access & Emergencies

Working within our current staffing capacity, we are doing our best to ensure that you have access to additional appointments outside of these hours. As a result you may be offered an early morning or evening appointment. If this is something you would prefer please ask about availability when booking an appointment.

Chest pain and shortness of breath constitutes an emergency. In the event of an emergency call 999.
