Please be aware that demand for primary care services is extremely high.

In order to ensure that everyone gets the care that they need, please be patient with us and follow the guidance below.

When you submit an eConsult, it will be triaged within two working days. This doesn’t mean you will get an appointment within two working days, but that we will review the eConsult and endeavour to get back to you within two days with information about the next steps – this may be booking a consultation with a clinician, passing to our patient services or administrative team, or signposting to the most appropriate service.
