Dr Kim Hearn

MB ChB MRCGP (1981 Bristol) I have been a GP for a long time now but still find it a very enjoyable job; it’s a privilege to be involved in helping patients through their lives and sharing the delights and dilemmas that face us all at different times. I have three children who are growing up and becoming young adults and my own parents and siblings – they all keep me in touch with life and the issues! I enjoy teaching and training young doctors in the practice as well as developing Montpelier as the best possible place for our patients. When I am not here I enjoy watching sport, relaxing at home and cooking healthy food. My working days are Tuesday morning, Wednesday and Thursday.

MB ChB MRCGP DRCOG DPD (1980 Bristol) I qualified at Bristol University in 1980 and then served for 6 years in the RAF. During this time I worked in UK, Hong Kong, Brunei, Papua New Guinea and Nepal. I joined the practice as a partner in October 1986 and have since developed a special interest in skin problems which has led to the publication of several books for patients and medical colleagues. Outside work I am a member of the Rotary Club of Clifton and work with a charity building schools and health centres in Nepal. Works at Pilning Surgery.
