We would like to inform you that a new ANPR camera controlled car park management system is now in place at Montpelier Health Centre. All visitors to the Health Centre and Bath Buildings Surgery will be required to enter their full, correct vehicle registration into one of the terminals upon arrival on each visit. This will entitle your vehicle to be on site for up to 90minutes in the public car park. The area directly outside the Health Centre and Bath Buildings Surgery is for Blue Badge Holders and authorised GP’s only.
Failure to comply with the terms & conditions will result in a Parking Charge of £100. Please check the signage in the car parks for further information.
Should you receive a parking charge notice from ParkingEye, please note that staff at Montpelier Health Centre are not able to deal with these. If you wish to query or appeal any correspondence you have received from ParkingEye, please write to ParkingEye at the following address; ParkingEye Ltd, PO Box 565, Chorley, Lancashire, PR6 6HT or visit www.parkingeye.co.uk/Appeal to submit an appeal. Please explain the reasons for your appeal and include your Parking Charge Reference Number and any evidence to support your appeal.
Please be assured that ParkingEye will consider all appeals fairly under guidance set out by the Health Centre. Any motorists who have their initial appeal rejected can appeal further through the independent POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals) process.
